I have really liked these recipes also and am looking forward to doing some good old Mexican cooking very soon
This cookbook should have been good. It list many recipes I would like to have enjoyed. Unfortunately the recipes call for hard to find items and call for ingredients such as 5 pieces of red chilies. Would someone like to tell me how much chile is a piece? With such inexact measures the food could come out tasting like anything.
fairly ordinary stuff but for the price (free with kindle unlimited) it is great.
This was a free book which I did NOT purchase, even for
free.
I took a look at the preliminary recipies & they were totally
incomplete. The ingredients for the guacamole looked a little
weird; never have I seen a guacamole recipe using water! As
for the picada jararaca, no explanation of how to make the
tortillas is included. I mean, really, if you've never made
tortillas, you will be lost with this incomplete recipe! Even
the refried black bean receipe is a total bust.
Author, get your stuff together. Don't be putting something
like this on e hoping to make money, you look like a
total fool & really lazy.

I found recipes for some of my favorite foods made easier.
